IS THERE ANY ALTERNATE PATH TO GOD?

Path to connect to God has been same throughout history (different centuries), God showed us the way and it will never change. Therefore, we shouldn’t think there is a shortcut or any other way (with our ego) to connect to God. That way is Naam-Simran, when we believe and have faith in God, we are able to follow Guru’s teachings.

In old days going to pilgrimages used to be part of Dharam (religious duty), but when Guru Nanak Dev ji came down on earth, he taught us that real Dharam is praising Waheguru via Naam-Simran. Old religious books used to teach us that different Dharam (way of life according to religion) rituals are acceptable during different centuries, but Guruji (during Kalyug – worst time-age in history of human beings) taught us that only Naam-Simran is acceptable everything else is just people trying to go through the motions.

When we connect to God via Naam-Simran we give up this ego or need to visit pilgrimages (If you think going there will help you connect to God). When we do Naam-Simran, we get peace and connect to God.
