Without Naam-Simran in our life, we are like Zombies keep wandering forever. We continue to do all the wrong things, powered by our ego, that only take us down the dark side. But when we come to Waheguru we get spiritual joy.

People are follow Waheguru and do Naam-Simran sleep and wake up with no worries and keep Waheguru in mind day and night.People who follow their own mind are always worried in the day and unable to sleep peacefully at night. I bow down and respect those who have Waheguru in their heart.

People who are immersed in God, they only look to God for support and pray – the immortal Almighty, who is everywhere, and the creator of this whole existence. Waheguru takes all fears out of people who do Naam-Simran, which can only be done with Waheguru’s blessing.
