**Hukamnama for days: March 27, July 4

Since the beginning of time, people have tried different way to connect to God – like reading different holy books, doing Mala (a bead necklace used to count number of times you recite something), or meditation (no talking to anybody or eating or drinking water). Dear God, I recognize Naam-Simran as the only way to connect to you and improve myself spiritually. I didn’t know that without Naam-Simran I would deteriorate spiritually. I am an ignorant fool but I have come to you, please save me by blessing me with Naam-Simran.

Without Naam (God’s blessing), we get stuck in Maya (especially money) and get this false hope of high status and keep chasing money and distance ourselves from God even further.

Hey Mom (God): Our death is inevitable but humans forget this reality and forget you and keep finding ways to live forever (or longer). In the end, neither friends, nor brother, Dad or mom will go with us, only Naam-Simran will. Waheguru: please accept my prayers and bless me with Naam-Simran.
