WHAT’S BETTER – EDUCATION or CHARACTER
– Guru Nanak Dev ji

God your rules are amazing – pain becomes medicine for problems and happiness leads to problems. When we get spiritual peace then all the problems and worries go away. God does everything and he exists in everything, he is so deep that we can’t even imagine or find out how big God is. God exists in this universe through all beings.God’s praise is beautiful, those who sing God’s praises are able to cross this viscous ocean of life full of problems. We should praise God and we should accept everything God does without trying to interfere.

(According to caste system in India) Yogis’ duty was to gain knowledge, Brahmins (Hindu priests) were supposed to discuss religious boos, Kshatris were supposed to follow path of a warrior, and Shoodars were supposed to serve other people. (Sikhi unites everyone as equal). The top priority for all is to do Simrun (Meditation to God) to connect with God. Guruji gives respect to those who know this secret. God is the soul of demi-Gods (God like entities who are blessed with one of more powers of God), and Guruji gives respect to those who understands the secret of God’s soul.

Water can only stay put when it’s bound by walls of a pot. Similarly, our mind can stay focused and strong when we bound it by knowledge of Guru and it stops wandering. Just as water is needed to create a pot, Guru is needed to give us knowledge.
When well-educated people start doing bad things, the uneducated people get scared wondering if educated people are in this state the uneducated are hopeless. Education means nothing, what’s important is our character. We should stay away from committing sins and doing bad things because we have to be accountable for our actions in the court of God. Only currency that works in court of God is our Simrun (meditation and praise of God done during our life). People who stay disconnected from God suffer after death.
