NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT GOD’S WILL
– Guru Nanak Dev ji

Guruji gives example of food. One person cultivates the land, another person harvests it, another one stores the crop, and in the end someone else eats it. Same way we can’t understand God’s wishes, and never know what’s going to happen in future.

When we welcome God in our heart we are able to cross this life full of problems, like a raging ocean in a tornado. We also learn that only those events take place that God wishes or allows to take place (nothing happens without God’s will).

When the kind Guru helps our mind stop wandering we win the battle with strong forces of lust and ego. We are then able to keep the real treasure in our heart – the treasure of Naam (God’s Name), and with Guru’s company we are able to improve our life. God then helps us cross this life full of problems effortlessly.
