Your life is passing you by, but you haven’t paid any attention to God. You have been immersed in destructive material objects. You should do Naam-Simran day and night and pray to God who is Maya’s Husband.

(According to Gurbani God is considered husband and all human souls are considered God’s bride, whether you are a man or a woman).

You don’t compare pros and cons on Maya and you don’t spend any time on Naam-Simran. Your whole life is spent on taking care of your physical body. You haven’t realized the joy and peace for your soul that comes from doing Naam-Simran.

Dear God – I have come to your refuge, you know what goes through my mind; Please save me from Vikaars (5-enemies).
