ANXIETY TO MEET GOD
– Guru Arjun Dev ji

My heart is anxiously waiting to meet God and I am always looking forward to worship God. I’ve tried several ways to meet God, finally I have come to seek help of Saints. Who should I serve since everything in the world is temporary (which will end one day), therefore? We should connect with Saadh-Sungut (company of God’s people). This is why I am always looking for Saadh-Sungut (even the dirt off their feet because of how pure they are).

The Ocean of Maya (illusion created by 5 forms of Maya – Lust, Anger, Greed, Attachment and Ego) is very dangerous for me to cross. I don’t know how to do it and I don’t have any special skill that I use to cross it.

Solution: when someone goes to Guru all of their destructive (bad) desires are eliminated and they cross this ocean by doing Naam-Simrun (meditation to God).
