God eliminates pain and suffering from those people’s lives who allow God to stay in their heart (by following Guru’s word). People who do Naam Simran are able to eliminate diseases like ego etc and become free and achieve high spiritual status. Followers of God become stronger than ego.

According to old Puraans (Holy books of Hindus) we can tell that even Demi-Gods (those who have supernatural powers to create and destroy planets and worlds) fail because of Ego. They did not remember The Almighty God who created them. We obtain knowledge of God through Guru. The whole world is stuck in

Ego which causes us to be stuck in the cycle of birth-death-rebirth. Only rare people are freed of ego with Guru’s blessing. I bow down to these people. Limitless God created this universe including Ego and he himself eliminates it from our mind. We can only learn God’s abundance by listening to Guru.
